Before You Die: Sunset on Table Mountain by Andrew Ferree

Take a bottle of Boschendaal white wine to the summit of Table Mountain, find a good viewpoint and wait for one of the best sunsets in the world. When there's a tiny layer of cloud, or tablecloth, the colours are absolutely breathtaking, and the nocturnal view of an illuminated Cape Town is really special.
