The Ramgarh Bungalows by Mahoot

These delightful cottages are situated in the cool hills of Kumaon. Having been painstakingly restored, they are decorated in true colonial cottage style and retain the charm of old world, rural England. The cottages are surrounded by sublime scenery and offer wonderful walking or visits to local temple towns. There are 10 rooms in 4 separate bungalows which date back to the mid-1800’s. Theseonce housed British and Indian officers as they journeyed north, into to the high mountains. Being very cosy, they provide a home in the hills – a place to immerse yourself in nature and gaze out over orchards and forested hills.
