Serviceable and efficiently run four star in a good position in the heart of old Rome, close to the Trevi Fountain. Rooms are done in Italian corporate style – somehow more palatable than, for example, corporate offerings from northern Europe, and the place is always buzzing with Italian politicos and business folk, who appreciate the spacious public areas and the tasteful ‘B’ list oils on the walls, whether they are staying there or not. Brusque Italian service, at least if you speak English, shows where their bread is buttered.
