Emerging from the Victorian Registry Office, radiant couples pause on the steps of the Historic Treasury Building as photographers snap away. The luxurious touches continue into the bedroom with king sized beds dressed with fine Egyptian cotton linens, sinkable European pillows and heavenly light feather doona¡¦s.<> As difficult as it will be to drag your self away from these luxurious surrounds, the hotel offers other features to tempt guests, particularly in the culinary department.<> Starting with the Trilogy Bistro, the bistro serves daily a buffet and a la carte breakfast,featuring an enticing array of fresh fruit, cereals, breads and muffins, and my personal favourite, fresh honey straight off the honeycomb. The buffet also offers some surprising treats including mouth watering St Andre Triple Crème brie and French Emmenthal cheese.<> The adjoining Trilogy Garden beacons guests to enjoy al fresco dining amongst the boxed hedged garden terrace. An ideal location to enjoy a tall drink or a light snack from the neighboring Tea Lounge.<> The Tea Lounge, just off the elegant lobby, offers a light dining menu throughout the day, pre-dinner drinks in the evening, and traditional High Tea every afternoon.<> For evening dining, the RadII Restaurant and Bar with its unique multi-level design offers a wide choice of modern Australian cuisine.<> Whether it¡¦s with a glass of energizing blend of carrot, apple and ginger juice in the Trilogy Bistro or an ice-tea amongst the water features of the Trilogy Terrace, a review of the day spa menu is guaranteed to tempt you to head to the Health Club and Day Spa on the 9th floor.<> The Park Club Health Club and Day Spa provides a range of facilities for guests to either workout, relax or rejuvenate. For the active minded, there is a fully equipped training studio, outdoor tennis court and 25 metre lap pool. If a more laid back approach is desired, the wet areas include spa and plunge pool, steam and sauna rooms, while outside the sundeck offers a peaceful retreat.
