But just because our hotels are the best, doesn’t mean they have to be the most expensive - in fact, we’re constantly checking to make sure that the prices on Travel Intelligence can’t be bettered anywhere else. So if you’ve found one of our hotels cheaper elsewhere, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll refund you the difference! 

Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Hotel prices can change frequently, so please contact us by email at priceguarantee@travelintelligence.com within 24 hours of booking your hotel room on TravelIntelligence.com. Your email should include:

  • • Your name
  • • Your TravelIntelligence.com reservation number
  • • The website where the lower rate is available.

Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.


2. Our price guarantee does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made.

 

3. The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as booked through TravelIntelligence.com on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions.

 

4. The lower rate must be inclusive of the same services as those offered by TravelIntelligence.com (for example: service charges, taxes and breakfast etc.).

 

5. The price guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking - on-request rooms are excluded. The lower online rate must be bookable when we validate your claim, within the 24-hour period. Screen shots will not be accepted as proof.

 

6. The lower rate must be in the same currency.

 

7. We will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through TravelIntelligence.com is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
