December Newsletter Competition Terms and conditions

1. No purchase necessary. This is a free prize draw.
2. To enter the competition, simply sign up for the Travel Intelligence monthly newsletter and then confirm your subscription when the confirmation email is sent. You can unsubscribe from the monthly newsletter at any time.
3. Entrants who are already subscribers to the Travel Intelligence monthly newsletter will also be entered into the competition. Subscribers simply have to re-enter their details and email address. They will not be sent two copies of the newsletter every month.
4. Entrants can only enter the competition once per person.
5. This competition is open to entrants over the age of 18 only.
6. The prize will be three nights accommodation only at Witt Istanbul Suites in Istanbul (subject to availability).
7. All prizes must be accepted as offered.
8. Travel Intelligence reserves the right to replace the prize with a product of equal value, if necessary.
9. There can be no alternative awards, cash or otherwise.
10. Prize winners are responsible for their transport to and from Witt Istanbul Suites.
11. Prize to be redeemed between 1st January 2009 and 31st December 2009 subject to availability.
12. The closing date for the competition will be 31st December 2008.
13. The prize winner will be selected at random within 72 hours of 31st December 2008 and notified by email.
14. Details of the winner may be posted on the Travel Intelligence website at the beginning of January 2009.
15. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Employees of Travel Intelligence and their families are not eligible to enter the competition.
17. Travel Intelligence is not responsible for any technical or logistical failures regarding receiving entrants' entries.
