The facilities

A home-like library is lined with a wide variety of books and features a wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the hotel’s dining patio and garden. The garden was designed by Nathan Browning who created a tranquil setting with English hedges shaded by a canopy of trees and rustic wood seating. The Second Floor bar at The Standard East Village is wrapped in huge windows, and features clean lines and an airy feel. In warmer months the glass doors open onto an expansive outdoor patio for entertaining drinks under the sun and stars. The hotel also boasts a penthouse that is one of the most exciting event spaces in downtown New York, with a 250-person and incredible 360-degree views of the city and beyond.
