The rooms

There are only 7 rooms per floor here, offering a peaceful antidote to the manic city streets. Each of the Hotel Giraffel's 72 rooms feels like a plush apartment, with huge 10ft ceilings, velveteen chairs, satin quilted bedcovers and black and white 30s photographs. All have large bathrooms with granite countertops, free wireless internet, flat screen televisions, valet laundry, fluffy slippers and bathrobes and a DVD player, with access to the hotel's DVD library.
