It's a brilliant base for leisure travellers, its elegant interiors housed in an impressive neo-Georgian building just off Tottenham Court Road.
The facilities
The restaurant serves British fare, with a menu devised by Michelin-starred chef John Wood; breakfasts are particularly noteworthy. A lovely afternoon tea spread can be taken in the Lutyens Lounge (so called after Sir Edwin Lutyens, the architect behind this former YWCA headquarters). There's also a choice of meeting/function rooms and a dedicated Meetings Centre.
