Hotel Overview
Woolley Grange is a small country house hotel that's perfect for family holidays. Intimate and refined, it lies in fourteen acres of grounds on the outskirts of the medieval wool town of Bradford-on-Avon in Wiltshire. It retains the atmosphere of a home-from-home; think roaring log fires, traditional decor and an award-winning organic kitchen garden on site. The city of Bath, Longleat House and Safari Park and Stonehenge are just a short car journey away.
The facilities
There are two restaurants on site, one serving top-notch Modern British cuisine (no children after 7:00 pm) and the other a more laid-back family affair, with an excellent children's menu. There's also a heated indoor swimming pool and a meeting/function room for business travellers.
Children are looked after at the Woolley Bears Den, staffed by fully qualified nannies with Ofsted accreditation. A huge range of toys and craft activities are available; older children can escape to the "Hen House", an unsupervised play room housing a play station amongst other things.

Each of Woolley Grange's 26 rooms is traditional and comfortable, individually decorated in a typical manor-house style. All come complete with flat screen televisions, DVD players and antique furnishings.

Children
The Woolley Bear's Den is ideal for children up to eight years to play, and the Hen House is a nice game room for older children. The are numerous outdoor activities: a heated swimming pool, football nets, bikes and a large trampoline.
Babysitting can be arranged if requested when the reservation is made and although the main restaurant allows only adults after 7:00 pm, children are always welcome in the family dining room.
Eating in
Traditional British cooking from Head Chef, Paul Burrows; children also well-catered for. Woolley Grange's own organic kitchen garden is certified by the Soil Association. Lighter lunches and dinner in the Orangery. There's room service for light meals around the clock.
