The facilities

Expect traditional Anatolian cuisine laid on chevalier tables with antique service sets in the restaurant; the breakfast spreads are truly superb, a reason to check-in by themselves. There are beautiful interior courtyard areas, complete with fountains, plus a lovely rooftop terrace (be sure to take your breakfast here in warmer climes).

The rooms

Each of the guestrooms in Sacred House is individually decorated, in the same antique-laden, neo-classical style as its communal areas. They are a homage to the past, and have no televisions or telephone lines. What there is, though, is absolute quality: plush fabrics, draping curtains, fine antiques and handmade furnishings. All have whimsical names, like Chevalier, Anka’s Lair, Deep Forest and Fairies Nest.
