Six Senses Yao Noi occupies an idyllic spot overlooking Phang Nga Bay.The focus here is on luxury and privacy; no wonder it's a firm favourite of the A-list, from Kate Moss to Madonna. Due to its remote location airport transfer is an absolute must; staff will arrange for you to be picked up from Phuket Airport.

The facilities

Plentiful and top-notch. As with all Six Senses, there's a sumptuous spa on site, with many treatments available in the privacy of your own villa. There are two restaurants, one Italian and one Thai, as well as room service that runs until 10:30 pm. A range of activities from sea kayaking, to diving, to beach barbeques are available (one of the reasons that this resort is so popular with families).
