Alpine splendour. One of its many features is the beautiful tartan carpet which softens the step in many of the public rooms, a quilt of warm colours - red, green and cream - which warm up the winter days and nights with a quasi-American feel. High in number of square feet, the Grand Hotel Park is so extremely spacious that guests can relax in the drawing room without feeling the need to withdraw.

The pool room is a study in luxury, investment bulletins lying around on tables, the doors beautifully hand-cut, huge antlers all the way around, beautiful sofas and arm chairs made of tweed, surrounded by wooden walls hand etched in a relaxed, elegant pattern.

Contemporary elegance and traditional comfort complement each other perfectly in this hotel, with a view onto a winter wonderland that is hard to wrest one's eyes from. En-suite bathrooms in Portuguese marble compete with an indoor saltwater swimming pool and a high-tech spa full of diverse treatments as methods of unwinding at the end of a day's skiing. As for the food in each of three restaurants, let's just say you won't be disappointed.
