The facilities
There are three restaurants: the formal one, Gaia, specialises in Mediterranean fare and has an extensive wine menu, as well as fine cigars from a personal collection. Veinteeocho features simple sandwiches and an à la carte dinner menu in an outdoor seating area. Pentagrama is the laid-back piano bar, located in the main building. The hotel also provides lavish and refreshing treatments in the Elysium spa, which includes a Turkish bath, Finnish sauna and pool.
The rooms
The 140 bedrooms, including 12 suites, are tastefully furnished with dark wood, subdued wall colours, large comfortable sofas, high ceilings and marble bathrooms. The rooms boast private balconies that overlook the rolling hills, lush gardens or the sea.
