The facilities

An ideal retreat from the modern world, the grounds at Biniarroca are inspired by the gardens of the Italian Riviera, with limestone pathways, tamarisk and almond trees, and two chic, green-tiled swimming pools. Nearby, enjoy a glass of chilled wine from the candlelit cocktail bar, exclusively for residents. Massages are offered a la carte in the privacy of your room or in the garden massage room. At the sophisticated, yet informal restaurant, Biniarroca's innovate chefs use their indigenous flare to create exceptional dishes, with a modern approach to Menorcan cooking.  A unique blend of north and south is reflected in the decoration of its intimate, candlelit dining rooms, and impressionist oil paintings add a meditative feel.

The rooms

Biniarroca's 18 en-suite rooms have all the facilities of a 4-star hotel, and some feature hand-carved mahogany beds and tiled floors.. The superior rooms and suites are reached following paths of overhanging tamarisk and have a private swimming pool. Walls are decorated with impressionist oil paintings by Lindsay Mullen and design is unique under the supervision of London fashiond designer Sheelagh Ratliff.
