The Town House is a small intimate pensión with a central location in the old town, Marbella, in the antique area, close to Plaza de los Naranjos (the orange square).

The facilities

The boutique hotel offers bar where guests can kick back and enjoy a cocktail. The lounge and terrace are also inviting areas for guests to kick back. From the roof terrace guests can admire the stately mountain view of La Concha. Start your morning off right by munching on the boutique hotel's breakfast buffet. Eat indoors or outside on the terrace weather permitting.

The Town House is situated about 300 meters from the beautiful boardwalk in Marbella. The boardwalk extends from Marbella all the way out to Puerto Banus. There are several beach clubs directly below the boutique hotel, including the Beach Club El Fuerte, which belongs to the El Fuerte Hotel. Lounge chairs are available for rent and include towels. You can also lunch at one of the many restaurants adjacent to the beach.

If you prefer to swim in a pool, the closest beach club with a pool to the boutique hotel is at the five-star Marbella Club Hotel. It is about a half hour walk from the boardwalk to Marbella Club. If you walk a few hundred meters more, you will find the next beach club at the Puente Romano Hotel. For a very special beach club experience, visit the new and international Nikki Beach next to the Don Carlos Hotel.

The rooms

The boutique hotel is almost like a private town house, with four floors, nine rooms, all individually furnished, in a tasteful mixture of antiques and modern design. Many of the rooms have TV and internet connections.
