Hotel Villa Real is a luxury hotel a few minutes' walk from Retiro Park in central Madrid. Art and culture is distinctive here, from the classical Roman sculptures and mosaics in the lobby to the pop art adorning the walls of the restaurant. it's got a prime location too, just minutes from the Museo del Parado, Reina Sofia Cultural Centre and the Teatro Real and Espanol.

The facilities are limited but this fits with Hotel Villa Real's minimalist style. The restaurant/bar, East 47 serves dishes with a distinctively Mediterranean flavour and boasts a vast choice of cocktails. If you are desperate for a swim guests are free to use the pool at Hotel Villa Real's sister hotel situated only minutes away.

The hotel has 115 rooms and several suites which all come equipped with wireless internet, satellite TV, minibar and music centre.
