Hotel Miramar is located in one of Barcelona's landmark areas, next to the Montjuic Gardens and to Costa i Llobera. The hotel is a renovated palace from the 1920s, expanded and modernized by architect Oscar Tusquets. Minutes from the city centre but pleasantly removed, it boasts panoramic views over the city and the Mediterranean Sea.

The facilities

Common areas at the Hotel Miramar are suitably plush, and no less stylish - there's a spa, complete with fitness room and indoor pool, outdoor pool, deck-side lounge, and the hotel is cleverly landscaped to blend into the hillside. Meeting space is plentiful, and the Le Forestier restaurant serves a fine modern Spanish cuisine with views of the gardens. The hotel does not accept pets.

Hotel Miramar's 75 rooms have been designed to provide exceptional standards of comfort, and offer convenient technological amenities such as Wi-Fi internet access and plasma TV. Rooms are furnished in soothing greys and creams, with sleek light fixtures, heated floors, and plenty of natural sunlight.
