The Cousine Island Resort is an eco-friendly conservation retreat based in the Seychelles. This small 25 hectare island accommodates a maximum of 10 guests at a time, and is a uniquely private island experience. Cousine Island itself is what you would expect from a tropical paradise, with crystal clear waters surrounding the island's white sandy beaches. Guests can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding Seychelles wildlife and fauna, such as the Seychelles Magpie Robin, Warbler and Fody, in the knowledge that their stay is funding rehabilitation programmes in the local environment.

The facilities

Facilities here are plentiful as befits the resort's four star status. Guests can escape the heat of the day in the resort's air conditioned library, or alternatively indulge in a luxury treatment from the St Barth Spa. Relaxation is a top priority for visitors as can be seen in the complimentary foot massage that awaits all guests on their arrival. Other facilities included a freshwater pool, Beach BBQ, bar and restaurant.

The rooms

Each of the Cousine Island Resort's four French colonial style villas provides guests with a luxurious and comfortable place to stay. They come complete with air-conditioning, out-side showers, satellite TV, DVD, mini-CD player, telephone, personal safe, Jacuzzi bath, kitchenette, coffee/tea making facilities and two wide terraces.
