The Sheraton Lisboa is a luxury hotel in the centre of Lisbon, conveniently only 15 minutes from the international airport. Don't think of it as a 'stop-and-drop' kind of establishment, though - plentiful facilities and stylish modern design makes this a fab place to stay in its own right. If you do leave the four walls of Sheraton Lisboa, the cultural Baixa area is a ten-minute walk away, and there are plenty of museums, theatres, shopping and restaurants on your doorstep.

A full service of fantastic facilities: dine at glamorous Panorama to sweeping city views, or get distracted by the culinary fetes performed in the restaurant's show kitchen. There's also a swanky bar area for cocktails, and for less formal dining downstairs, head to the Lobby Bar & Bistro with its all-day drinks and snack menu.

Perhaps most impressive is the Spirito Spa, which lays on super-luxurious Ann Semonin treatments, a majestic outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and gym. After all of that, chill out at the juice bar with something delicious and healthy.

The rooms

Each of Sheraton Lisboa's 369 luxury guestrooms are fantastically spacious, kitted out with smart modern styling. They come complete with Bang & Olfusen LCD TVs, Wi-Fi and ridiculously comfy signature beds. The Presidential Suite is the best to impress: it has a fab private Jacuzzi with panoramic views of the city.
