This design hotel revolves around its all-day dining lobby lounge, the rooftop open-air heated pool and pool bar - aptly named 360º due to the spectacular views. There's also the rather special UVA gourmet restaurant, a panoramic rooftop eatery that's run by executive chef Thomas Faudry under the supervision of three Michelin starred maestro Antoine Westermann. Unique to this design hotel is its luxurious spa, jacuzzi and fitness area, which offers signature Vinotherapy treatments.
