The philosophy at The Spire's Inspire Restaurant is to create a culinary journey of flavours and aim to offer a total dining experience. Inspire offers seductively intimate dining, seating a maximum of 30 diners. Local seasonal and organic New Zealand produce is showcased in the Chef's ten-course tasting menu and an a la carte menu. Both of these menus are classically inspired, but presented in a modern fashion and can be matched with wines from our hand-picked cellar selection. Inspire Champagne and Wine Bar has an extensive range of New Zealand wines and French Champagnes by the glass.
