The facilities

Eight acres of white sandy beach and three pools are perfect for soaking up the sun. The pampering Thalassotherapy Spa features seawater baths, seaweed treatments, and a 10-person saltwater spa tub using seawater from the Sea of Cortes, bordered by a small sundeck with cushioned teak loungers. The resort boasts tennis courts, yoga and pilates classes at a wood-floor studio, and access to volleyball and fishing.

Playa Grande's 260 luxury suites feature private balconies, marble floors, kitchens or kitchenettes with granite countertops, handcrafted furniture and décor. All feature private balconies with sweeping ocean views, and some suites come with private Jacuzzi tubs.
