Hotel Overview
The freestanding villas at One and Only Reethi Rah are little pods of perfection nestled amid lush green oasis' perched over the Indian Ocean. Situated on the eastern side of North Male atoll, there are 6kms of coastline surrounding the resort from which to plan days of sun-worshiping and R&R. This is the ultimate in opulent luxury and hours here should be spent living as if they're your last.
The facilities
The island has 12 beaches and 40 pools so you'll be hard pushed to find one that doesn't suit. Soak up the atmosphere in the main swimming pool, bask in the magnificent infinity pool or just take a dip in your own personal pocket of water at one of the private villas. Days can be filled with water sports, tennis, yoga or personalised instruction in the gym. Pay a visit to the Resort Spa for one of the signature experience treatments and feel even further the benefits of luxury life in the Maldives.
The rooms
Villas are elegant, sleek in design with a taste of the tropical. Natural materials blend villas seamlessly into the surroundings whilst high-tech gadgets epitomise the luxury of the place. Choose from a thatched beach villa (some of which have their own pool) or a stilted water villa with its very own hammock hanging from the decking over the water. Either way, this is complete pinch-yourself territory.

Families are very welcome. The signature KidsOnly club offers kids a roster of activities daily. 4-11 year olds and 12-17 year olds have their own section of the resort with separate clubhouse, pool and dining facilities.
Eating in
Organic vegetables from the chef's garden are kept in plentiful supply here. Myriad dining options: sit on Arabian carpets on the sand or suspended over the water, banquet on a feast from the eclectic menu at Reethi restaurant or sample Japenese deights in the over-the-water venue, Tapasake. For a taste of the Middle East, eat at Fanditha. For healthy daytime food, pull up a pew at the poolside Rah bar.
