A Palazzo Busdraghi is a traditional hotel situated in the historic centre of Lucca. Housed in a 16th-century building, the hotel has numerous balconies and porticoes and even a courtyard, fitting in perfectly with its historical surroundings. The hotel's interiors are much the same, the rooms and public spaces feature classical décor and vintage furniture.

The facilities

The facilities are limited but A Palazzo Busdraghi more than compensates for this with its ideal location. This period residence overlooks Via Fillungo, a shopping hot spot, and is near the Piazza dell'Anfiteatro and Church of San Frediano; keep heading south and you'll find the Clock Tower with it's working 18th-century clock.

The rooms

There are only 7 rooms. This small and intimate number makes for a personalised and pampered stay. Each room is individually decorated with fine trimmings and antique wooden furniture. All rooms come with modern conveniences including air conditioning, satellite TV, internet access, 2 telephones (one in the bathroom) and a hydro-massage or Jacuzzi bath.
