Comprised of just eight contemporary suites and studios, set outside Fasano on the Adriatic Coast, Masseria Alchimia is the perfect coastal hideaway for independent travellers. It's a five-minute drive to the beach and the area's notable golf course; car hire is highly recommended to properly explore this region.

The facilities

There's no restaurant (although all accommodation boasts kitchenettes) but there are plenty of dining options close by; ask staff for recommendations. Children have their own play area, whilst grown-ups can enjoy the lovely gardens.

The rooms

Each of Masseria Alchimia's eight studios and suites is contemporary in style, in keeping with the communal areas. All have satellite televisions, DVD players, wifi connection (for an extra charge) and air conditioning; some boast private terraces that open out onto the garden.
