Uma Ubud 5 Stars

"Streamlined, airy and surrounded by jungle, Uma Ubud is both fun and romantic, and situated on the edge of the Tjampuhan Valley."

Hotel Overview

Peaceful and beautiful, Uma Ubud is the perfect Balinese retreat. The hotel overlooks Tjampuhan Valley and is a five minute drive from the centre of Ubud (there's a complimentary shuttle), which means you can choose between jungle treks and shopping trips, rice paddy tours and temple sightseeing.

The facilities

Kemiri restaurant serves modern Southeast Asian cuisine in the open air, under an alang-alang thatched ceiling. Dishes are inventive yet authentic, with fresh seafood and locally grown vegetables used in abandon. Cocktails are served from the poolside bar.

No stay would be complete without a stopover at the Como Shabhala Spa. Take a complimentary yoga class overlooking rice paddies at the open air pavilion, indulge in a traditional Asian spa treatment or take your pick from the steam room, sauna and 25 metre pool. Gym bunnies can stay active in the fitness room.
