Trident spa has eight exclusive self-contained therapy rooms comprising two suites with separate beds for couples and six single therapy rooms. Every room overlooks a garden courtyard with blinds for privacy and comfort and has an attached rain shower and steam facility for a luxurious post treatment experience. The diverse range of treatments offered by trained therapists at Trident spa includes traditional Indian ayurvedic massages, aromatherapy and Western techniques.

The glass fronted, 105 feet long stretch pool is encased by a gentle waterfall on either side, providing a liberating sense of space and encouraging the idea of a rejuvenating retreat in the midst of the fast pace of everyday life.
