Hotel Overview
The Taj Exotica is a jewel-like luxury retreat. Set amidst a lush jungle landscape, it looks out over sugar-white sands lapped by the Arabian Sea. Home to one of the most secluded beaches in Goa and located just a stroll away from the sleepy village of Benaulim, this is the place to head for some serious R&R.
The facilities
Plentiful, as you'd expect from a five-star hotel. There's a choice of seven restaurants that serve a range of cuisines, from traditional Goan to Mediterranean. Staff can help plan events and business meetings; there are five different function rooms to choose from. A spa, fitness centre, Jacuzzi tub, steam room and outdoor pool area are all close to hand.
The rooms
Each of the 138 guestrooms are decorated in a laid-back Goan/Portuguese style. All have air conditioning, wifi access, a fully stocked minibar and luxurious bathrooms; every one enjoys sweeping views of the sea.

Children
The hotel has a children’s activity centre with a sand pit, crafts and computer zone; there's a great kid's pool on-site too. Babysitting can be arranged with the concierge.
Eating in
There are seven different restaurants. Allegria serves traditional Goan fare, whilst Eugenia is the place to head for Indian cuisine. The Lobster Shack serves impeccable, fresh seafood dishes with an excellent wine list to match, or find beautifully presented mezze from the Med and beyond at Miguel Arcanjo.
