This petite boutique hotel dates back over 400 years, and is a haven of peace and tranquility on the Cote d'Azur. Les Rosees is decorated in a typically Provencal fashion, with plenty of local craftmanship on display.

The facilities

There's no restaurant here, but the breakfasts alone are worth a visit. All of the produce is of the highest quality, locally sourced and for the most part organic. A delicious spread of freshly baked breads and pastries, fruits, preserves, cheeses and meats are laid out every morning. The hotel can cater for lunch and dinner, but on request only.

A range of massage and spa treatments are something of a speciality, with gorgeous products from Dr. Hauschka and the like. There's also a little pool and terrace in the gardens, overlooked by the plentiful olive groves.

The rooms

There are just four suites - all are light, airy and spacious, with simple but luxurious furniture. Individually styled with silk, marble, cashmere and antiquated wood, they provide a serene space that is completely appropriate to the surroundings.
