The Grand Hotel Bohemia Prague has an excellent central location near the Powder Tower at the foot of the Royal Road. Opulent, traditional styling in the public spaces matched against contemporary guestrooms makes for a Grande Dame with a more modern touch.
The facilities
Restaurant Franc Josef serves trendy seasonal cuisine. The wine list is excellent, but if you fancy a bit of famous Czech beer head to the Cafe Bar in the lobby. Fresh sanwiches and desserts from the hotel's patisserie are also served here, as well as tea and coffee.
The rooms
78 rooms and suites are smart, elegant places to hole up. Check in to a rooftop Junior Suite for a fabulous view and extra elbow space, as well as bathrooms with corner tubs. The premiere Steiner Suite has the best view, and comes with a DVD player, home cinema and computer with internet connection.
