At The Three Storks 4 Stars
"Eva Jiricná carries on her designer overhaul of Prague boutique hotels, with this contemporary city crashpad."
Hotel Overview
At The Three Storks is a sleek boutique hotel in Prague's 'Lesser Town', designed by the architect Eva Jiricná. This historical townhouse has been sympathetically restored, keeping the essence of its Renaissance exterior, whilst bringing the décor inside completely up-to-date with cool, contemporary lines.
The facilities
Natural materials have been used throughout, so expect plenty of blonde wood, glass and stonework mixed in with polished chrome. Wallestein Restaurant is fast becoming something of a hotspot in the city, and has already had a mention in the Michelin guide. It serves traditional Czech dishes, lightened with a modern touch. There's also a great little garden/terrace area for summer dining.
The rooms
Each of the 20 rooms and suites are kitted out with all mod cons. Expect LCD televisions, DVD players and wifi throughout. Bathrooms are spacious, and the better rooms have gorgeous views over Prague Castle.
