The restaurant serves traditional Bhutanese cuisine, with some Western and Indian favourites thrown in for good measure; room service runs around the clock. The signature Jiva Spa is sublime, with a long list of treatments including healing massages. The tea lounge is a must; try the local Suja (butter tea) to ward off the chill outside.
