The facilities

Osprey is a beautiful, timber built restaurant overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Exquisite Australian, European and seafood dishes are made from fresh and local produce. The cocktail bar, Masked Plover, overlooks the main swimming pool. At Thala Beach, there are two pools, complete with waterfalls, spas and grottos. Other activities include guided nature walks, bird watching and star gazing at the on site observatory.

The rooms

There are eighty-five rooms and a suite to choose from here. Each is scattered amongst a hundred and forty five acres of wooded headland and secluded beaches to ensure your privacy. The bungalows come in three categories: the Jungle Walk bungalows are nestled in the rainforest, the Eucalyptus bungalows capture the intimate feel of the unique tropical forest and the Coral Sea bungalows have amazing views over the ocean yet are still tucked away in the natural landscape. Each room comes with air conditioning and private verandas. Other goodies include DVD players, separate showers and baths and room service.
