The boutique design hotel is centrally located between beautiful bohemian San Telmo and the neighbourhood of Monserrat, one block from the San Francisco Basilica and only a few from Plaza de Mayo, the "Cabildo" (Government seat in colonial times), the "Manzana de las Luces" and many of the city's historical buildings. It is surrounded by art galleries, antique markets, handicrafts fairs, museums, the famous flea market, tango halls, and fashionable and renowned restaurants & pubs.

The facilities

As San Telmo is one of Buenos Aires' hottest up-and-coming districts, the boutique hotel's swanky bar is a favourite with fashionable portenos who also frequent Moreno's restaurant which serves succulent, traditional Argentinian steak. A small theatre serves as a venue for some of the most talented tango dancers in town and soon guests will be able to learn the steps for themselves when the boutique hotel opens its own tango lounge.
