The restaurant serves a wide range of International fare, buffet-style; room service runs around the clock. There's a health centre, complete with a gym, indoor pool and a sauna. Children can enjoy a designated play park, puppet shows and Family Suites themed after Alice in Wonderland, Heidi and the like. There's also a mini golf course on-site.

Each of the  Hotel Ski Plaza's 111 guestrooms is traditional in style, in keeping with its communal areas. All have flat screen televisions, minibars and safes as standard.
