The two restaurants, La Grand’Vigne for refined classics and La Table du Lavoir with a country inn flavour, are managed by Franck Salein. His Mediterranean style and quality of cuisine prove a major attraction for clientele. In the French Paradox bar guests are able to taste top wines by the glass, and at La Tour des Cigares a selection of fine cigars and Cognac are on offer. Last but not least, the Caudalie Vinotherapie Spa offers anti-ageing face, slimming and body tonic treatment based on grape seed extracts.
