"A romantic and stylish Ottoman mansion on the Bosphorus which boasts incredible views across the Marmara Sea."

Boutique hotel A'jia is a former pasha's mansion located in a quiet district of Istanbul called Kanlıca on the Asian shores of the Bosphorus. Behind its imposing, grandiose facade, which overlooks the Marmara Sea, A'jia's minimalist interiors are resolutely contemporary, accentuating the building's elegant, 19th century Ottoman architecture .

The rooms

The boutique hotel has 16 rooms in A'jia's signature, monochrome style with white walls and soft furnishings contrasting with floors and cabinetry in dark hardwoods. 6 of the rooms are spacious suites and half are split-level.

The facilities

A'jia's restaurant has a modern Mediterranean menu with an accent on Italian cuisine. The whole hotel has Wifi and both Thai massages and boat cruises along the Bosphorus can be arranged by the boutique hotel's concierge. Most guests spend their days on the European side of the city exploring the iconic monuments and buildings of Istanbul's Ottoman past so A'jia lays on several regular boat shuttles every day to ferry them across the river.
