A luxury hotel set within a three hectare park of olive groves, La Bastide Saint Antoine boasts commanding views over the surrounding Bay of Cannes.

The facilities

For five months of the year, the luxury hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant serves up its regional cuisine al fresco on the terrace, overlooking the garden. For the colder months, meals are moved inside to the cosy dining room, complete with working fireplace. Chef Jaques Chibois makes full use of the flavours and textures from the surrounding countryside, especially during truffle season (from January onwards).

The wine cellar of this luxury hotel contains some 800 vintages, with a strong emphasis on Provencal wines. On request, a tour of the wine cellar can be arranged, and the head sommelier is always please to offer advice on setting up your very own cellar.

d The bedrooms at this luxury hotel are decorated in a typically Provencal style, both warm and elegant. Each features some aspect of the region’s charm whether it's painted wood in traditional Provencal colours, antique furniture, quilted bedspreads or floors clad in original 18th-century terracotta tiles.

Who stays here

The Kennedy family and their children used to vacation here for summers in Provence. Years later, The Rolling Stones spent the entirety of 1975 at the Bastide.
