The Dining room is headed by Executive Chef Pascal Schmit, who offers international dishes with French flair and flavour, and Mee Sarmorn, who prepares traditional Khmer cuisine with a contemporary twist. Children's menus are offered at this luxury hotel and three nights a week dance performances take place during dinner. There is also the Terrace Lounge and Pool Bar for smaller meals and snacks.
