Press Quotes

"Over the Camel estuary at Rock (the summer holiday spot of choice for posh teens) is the St Enodoc Hotel. It has 16 light, airy rooms and four family suites, a heated swimming pool and al fresco dining on the restaurant terrace with views, of course, over to Padstow. The small beach at Rock ideal for children and surfers head to nearby Polzeath." The Independent 05

"Bright, fresh and chic, this wonderful seaside bolthole is made for stylish couples, and is noteworthy for its family facilities.”

The St Enodoc Hotel lies in a sheltered position on the edge of Cornwall’s rugged north coast. In the heart of Rock, a summertime Mecca for sailing and water-skiing, the hotel is set within the most beautiful and dramatic scenery Cornwall has to offer.

Overlooking the Camel estuary, hotel views stretch across the water towards farmland and to Padstow, the well-known fishing port and 'foodie' destination. The changing light over the estuary and the different seasons all bestow something different to the 'view from the top' - just one of the many reasons our guests keep coming back to this magical spot.

The rooms have been designed to feel fresh, welcoming and with an eye to comfort and style. Original paintings add wit and splashes of colour while in many rooms the windows frame the ever changing picture of the camel estuary. There are 16 double / twin rooms and 4 family suites that include the important touches families need such as microwaves and fridge.
