Press Quotes

"The restaurant has a flower-bedecked terrace sheltered by the 16th-century ramparts and a superb dining room with vaulted ceilings." Frommer's

"This charming bastide hotel and Michelin starred restaurant lie just within the ramparts of the medieval walled town of St Paul de Vence.”

Le Saint Paul is located at the very heart of the medieval village, Saint Paul de Vence. Once a 16th-century private residence, this luxury hotel has a distinctive character, and has been designed in a typically Provencal style.

The facilities

The luxury hotel has a lovely library, complete with stone fireplace and a charming collection of 19th-century Barbtine porcelain. The luxury hotel also does a great afternoon tea, served on the flower-festooned terrace, underneath the ramparts.

The restaurant is Michelin-starred, and serves a seasonal menu with a distinctly Mediterranean flavour. The surroundings are just as exquisite as the food itself, designed with 16th-century charm, with a pretty fountain in its midst.

The rooms

The 15 rooms and 4 apartments of this luxury hotel boasts beautiful Provencal decor, with Souleiado, Pierre Frey, Manuel Canovas and Rubelli's fabrics. The bedrooms on the luxury hotel’s village side overlook the Rue Grande, whilst those on the valley side have views over Saint Paul and down to the Mediterranean. Each of the apartments have private terraces, and all of the rooms have satellite television, a in-room safe and well-stocked mini bar.
