This boutique hotel is elegantly modern while remaining a friendly family-run hotel with an intimate "secret" garden. Maison Troisgros was the birthplace of French "Nouvelle Cuisine"; the boutique hotel’s restaurant was awarded its three Michelin stars in 1968. Michel Troisgros' cuisine is resolutely contemporary, sparkling with flavour and surprising juxtapositions. Visit also Le Central, a restaurant-delicatessen next door.

The facilities

Besides the amazing food, the boutique hotel has a lot to offer their guests. Tying into the food theme, there is a cooking class offered for 10 to 14 people. The class takes place within the kitchen and is suitable for those with years experience or no experience. Other leisure activities within the area include golf, a sauna, fitness centre, canoeing, horseback riding and even a flying club.
