Come for
- Cache - this is still one of the most glamorous hotels in South America
- The brand new spa spanning three floors
- The Semi-Olympic sized swimming pool
- People-watching on the beach
Not suitable for
- Shallow pockets and small budgets
- A location by the best beach - Copacabana is still quite rough and it's all about Ipanema

Children

Eating in
When Chef Francesco Carli was poached from the Hotel Cipriani in Venice, he christened the hotel restaurant after the classic Italian property and brought with him many of his signature dishes. The Pergula Restaurant is more informal and known for its Sunday brunch and traditional, pig-in-a-pot Feijoada. Both restaurants are open for lunch and dinner.
