Torre Maizza is a gorgeous boutique hotel, set in the Puglian countryside. The original architectural structure of this 15th-century farm sits in the heart of a sprawling hillside estate, that overlooks the Mediterranean sea. The property itself is just 1.5 kilometres from the coast.

The facilities
The farm sits in a grove of aged olive trees, with plenty of well-trodden paths snaking through the orchards, vineyards and arable fields that surrounds it. The air is scented with heady myrtle and delicate jasmine, which mingle to create a uniquely Mediterranean fragrance.
