1. Travel Intelligence acts as a booking agent for the hotel(s) it has selected.
2. For your security, payments online are made through secure servers.
3. For all bookings, Travel Intelligence will take a credit card number on behalf of the hotel to guarantee the reservation.
4. Travel Intelligence does not charge any fees for amendments to bookings.
5. If any fees, payments or deposits are due in advance, these will be very clearly marked before you confirm your booking. Once these payments have been made, they are non-refundable.
6. Depending on the hotel, you are sometimes required to pay for your full stay online. If you use a credit card Travel Intelligence charges a maximum 3% credit card fee. You can avoid this by using a debit card.
7. All deposits are non-refundable.
8. Once your booking is confirmed, you are subject to the hotel’s own cancellation policy. Most hotels have a period before check-in when cancellations incur a penalty fee. Remember that hotel cancellation periods start at midnight on the day before arrival.
9. It is your responsibility to contact Travel Intelligence if you do not receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk mail folder.
10. Travel Intelligence cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in bookings made by hotels.
